Our client is the Worlds largest Business Coaching franchise and are looking to take on new franchised coaches to provide much needed help to small to medium size businesses many of whom are struggling to find real clarity and direction for their business. Existing coaches come from a wide range of industries and professions, having a very good educational background and sometimes have some sales and business development experience. Good communication and people skills are a must!

clients grow and last but not least want to develop for themselves an income and lifestyle that they deserve.

What's in it for the coaches?
An average a new coach will gross around £300,000 over
their first two years.
ESSENTIAL :-
DEGREE qualification in Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years experience at Senior Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Manufacturing / Operations /
Engineering Mgr level.
Engineering background :- mechanical, electrical, electronic, scientific. technical.
Candidates must have previous experience of preferably holding :- TRAINING SEMINARS, SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERING
MEETINGS, SALES, ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT.
Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS, both group meeting and one on one
Franchise Opportunity
They would be self employed with a LTD company and use of our client's brand
They charge fees direct to the client- Can be anywhere between £2000-5500 a month
They only see their client for 1hr a week

1st Year £125,000 gross rev
2nd Year £210,000 gross rev
Top coach earns £32,000 a month and has 20 clients
95% success rate
All coaches have been profitable in a year
