PRODUCT MANAGER – THERMAL OXIDISERS
Based in the WATFORD area

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
****** is a UK subsidiary of CNIM, a large European Engineering Group dedicated to solving thermal energy problems with high quality solutions across a wide range of industries. ****** Group is already a European leader in the design and manufacture of innovative thermal solutions for airborne effluent problems in industry with a reference list of over 250 plants in operation.
ACTIVITIES
Working directly for the UK Managing Director this position has been created to develop the UK market for the direct sale of our Group range of Environmental Regenerative and Recuperative Thermal Oxidisers. Ideally located within easy commute of Borehamwood you will have full autonomy to manage the development of this Product Group in the UK.
Extensive travel for customer contact in the UK and Ireland plus regular visits for training and to build your product knowledge at our manufacturing site in Italy will form a key part of this demanding role.
THE CANDIDATE
An Engineer with a proven track record in sales and a clear understanding of air movement in a related technology is seen as the ideal candidate. Practical knowledge of thermal systems or specialist filtration for VOC removal/treatment would provide a strong knowledge base to build on and would be a key advantage. Suitably qualified candidates with a demonstrable sales background in a related industry plus clear potential will also be considered.
The candidate must be able to work effectively without close supervision and must possess good organisational skills. The ability to communicate clearly and to work with others toward a common goal is seen as essential.
Remuneration is in the form of a good basic salary plus target related bonus, which will bring expected earnings of between £40,000 - £45,000 and higher. A quality car, contributory pension scheme and all necessary communication devices are provided to ensure best possible use of resources.
This is a tough, demanding and rewarding job with a high degree of autonomy which will allow the successful candidate to develop within a large industrial group.
