Description
Location: Cheshire / Staffordshire Head Office
The role is: (Home Based / Field Based)
Reports to: Contracts Manager
Position: Commissioning / Installation Engineer:
The Company:
Established in 1978 and privately owned, the company are Contractors to the Electrical industry and are experts in the field of Design, Engineering, Panel Wiring, Switchgear Refurbishment, Installation and Commissioning of distribution equipment ranging from 415v – 400KV.
The majority of work undertaken sits between 11KV & 33KV.
The Role:
Qualification ideally HNC/HND Level in Electrical Engineering, although suitable working experience will be taken into account.
Commissioning, Installation and Maintenance of switchgear and protection relay systems for all major manufacturers (ABB, Areva, Siemens, Schneider, FKI) along with many industrial, petrochemical and distribution network end users.
Good working knowledge is required for equipment covering voltage ranges from 415v – 33KV and their associated protection systems.
The company are based in Stoke on Trent – you will work from home / field based, the position is UK wide including offshore / overseas opportunities.
