Description
orking on a major project, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for delivering the Prime Contract development and manufacturing phases of the UK MOD programme, ensuring the commercial wellbeing throughout the project lifecycle.
To provide commercial guidance and ensuring the achievement of contract terms and milestones.
Ensure the correct formulation of costed proposals.
Identify and manage commercial risk and opportunities.
Ensure correct flow down of contract terms and conditions to first tier subcontractors.
Support the Supply Chain Manager in the competitive bidding process for subcontracts, and in the preparation of agreements.
Progress milestone claims, invoices and payments.
Assist with identifying/eliminating possible financial fraud or deception.
Salary £40-50k + bonus & benefits
