Description
Our client provides specialist software solutions and consultancy services to the scientific and engineering community. Due to success in the defence sector, they are currently looking to recruit high calibre, Security Cleared Scientists and Engineers with software development experience to work on projects in this field. My client is a leader in this field and offers a unique blend of scientific, engineering and IT skills of unsurpassed quality. With offices in the UK, US and Netherlands, there client base includes global and UK blue-chip companies, National Governments, academic institutions and the UK Public Sector. Projects typically last for 3-6 months and are carried out in small teams, often on client sites, so some travel is required. You will be provided with extensive training and will have the opportunity to gain experience over a diverse range of projects. You should have an excellent academic record, including a BSc (minimum 2:1), MSc or PhD in a numerate discipline, excellent communication skills and programming experience in either C, C++, C#, .Net or Java. Applicants with Masters / PhD's are welcomed. Salary range of 25,000 - 40,000, depending on skills and relevant experience. |
