Description Instrument Maker
My client is seeking an experienced Instrument Maker to join the team responsible for the roll-out of its ground-breaking digital printing technology. The role will involve the detailed design and assembly of precision equipment in a cleanroom environment.
The candidate should have:
•A background in prototype instrument making with a broad knowledge base of processes and materials
•An understanding of designing, fabricating and aligning parts on a micron scale
•The ability to maintain accurate records, computer literacy to include CAD, Word & Excel
•Self-motivation and the ability to communicate and interact well within the team
The ideal candidate will also have a good operational knowledge of CAD; training in Solidworks 3D CAD will be given if required.
