Description
Stryker is a global leader in medical technology. They are one of the largest players in the $28.6 billion worldwide orthopaedic market and their products are used in over 120 countries.
Current expansion within their MENA region requires for them to recruit an individual to lead their RA and QA. As RA QA Manager you will be reporting into the General Manger for the MENA region with a dotted line into the VP for RAQA. The first challenge will be to develop and maintain the quality management system within Stryker Dubai to achieve an effective information system in compliance with ISO 9000 standards family. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing region where the challenges are endless.
Role:
•Establish and maintain a Quality Management System in the organisation.
•Increase awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation.
•Create and implement easy accessible, user friendly and up to date quality system documentation, in line with other Stryker offices.
•Train the employees with an increased awareness of the quality system.
•Train our business partners about Stryker practices on vigilance and regulatory aspects.
•Design and deliver an audit process for dealers/distributors as per current European procedure.
•Provide documents for regulatory approvals, import approvals and tenders in line with Export policy for the purpose of registering products in MENA region.
Requirements:
•At least 2 years experience in an international organizational business environment.
•Education with technical or scientific degree, knowledge of international standards and regulations (ISO 13485:2003, IEC compliance, etc).
•Training on ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
•English and Arabic spoken and written essential.
•As a minimum the candidate must have experience within the pharmaceutical or medical industries.
•Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills.
•Process consciousness with an analytical way of thinking.
