ROLE - ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / CAD TECHNICIAN / JOB RUNNER / PROJECTS
SECTOR - ARCHITECTURE / CONSTRUCTION
BASED - STAMFORD, LINCOLNSHIRE
SALARY - circa £30-40,000 PER ANNUM
• THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a well established and growing independent architectural company. Due to an over flowing order book they need to recruit an architectural technician to work with residential projects ranging from £1000 to £1million. In the last seven years they have expanded to (currently) 15 employed staff and carry out diverse types of work, ranging from refurbishment of country houses through to new construction and a thriving commercial design department.
• THE POSITION
Ideally you will have experience on architectural CAD / technician / draughting projects from within the residential market. You must have good CAD skills and have preferably studied an associated subject and have an understanding of building regulations. The company offers excellent training capacity and the role is possible to grow into a RIBA Qualified architect after successful training. Working within a busy Architectural practice the position involves liaison with local authorities and Clients for the production of Planning and Building regulation drawing packages for a wide variety of projects. You must live within commutable distance of Stamford, Lincolnshire.
