ENGINEERING MANAGER
GLOUCESTERSHIRE
To £45,000 pa

Our client is a leading organisation within an FMCG environment
Role & Responsibilities:
•Manage all activity to develop, modify maintain asset register of all equipment in area of responsibilty
•Responsible for the overall equipment performance
•Responsible for the total cost of maintenance
•Responsible for ensuring that plant modifications don't affect plant reliability
•Responsible for ensuring that the maintenance standards and techniques applied in area of responsibility are appropriate for the class of assets
•Responsible for ensuring that the asset list and all maintenance strategies are up to date and reviewed regularly
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•Degree in engineering discipline
•FMCG experience
•Strong team leader exp
•Liaison skills
