My blue chip client is looking for a Development Manager to head up a new development team.
•Headed up a design / architecture team in the past
•Team leading experience including appraisals etc
•Very good process focus
•Comes from a development background but doesn't need to have recent hands on coding experience
•Good communication and expectation management skills
•Good upfront design skills
Good software estimation skills and reviewing skills.
