Description
This pioneering Consultancy currently experiencing rapid growth is looking for a Customer Systems Applications Delivery Manager to manage the specifications of the customer systems process and applications within the company to deliver high class, dependable and competitively priced IT solutions and services.
The key responsibilities of the role include;
- To manage the IT aspects of Customer Systems projects
- Develop cooperative relationships with key individuals in partner organisations
- To lead, motivate and develop a skilled Customer Systems Team
- To Develop and implement Customer Systems platform strategy to meet business requirements
- Propose and manage the Customer Systems IT budget
- To manage relationships with 3rd party providers of IT services
In addition, you must have significant experience of managing IT programmes and teams, extensive IT development experience using Microsoft technologies, experience of working on all phases of a project lifecycle from business analysis through to implementation and support, experience of managing the full project lifecycle of a major business critical project and be Certified in Prince 2 or equivalent.
A basic knowledge of/understanding of the following areas is also required for the role;
- Database design and data normalisation
- Business analysis skills to gather, validate and document business requirements
- integrating on line applications with internal business systems and processes
High quality software development skills principally using Microsoft programming tools is a necessity.
