MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / MANAGER
£25000 TO £35000 + package

It is this continued growth that has resulted in the need to recruit a Maintenance Engineer/Manager.
Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the main duties and responsibilities will be to develop and improve the existing maintenance systems and procedures. Prepare the existing computerised maintenance management system for replacement next year. Involvement in project management at a local and international level. Audit and control engineering systems to ensure compliance with site and regulatory safety standards. Select, develop and manage the contractor and supplier base relevent to your area of responsibility. Proactively generate and deliver cost saving, safety and engineering improvements within a truly continuous 24/7 process driven production environment - this is a highly automated facility.
Applications are invited from Degree/HND qualified (or equivalent) in Electronic / Electrical / Control Engineering or related discipline. Experience of working within a fast paced engineering invironment; be commercially aware and able to control costs. Exposure to working within a 24/7 process driven production environment and capable of managing people. This is a genuin development role both locally and globally.
