Description st Line Helpdesk Support / Bi-lingual Dutch & English
Do you want to work for a global organisation, on a long term contract supporting over 20 services? If so, then I want to hear form you now.
You must be Bi-lingual in Dutch and English, have experience working to strict SLA's, and have a good working knowledge with Remedy (or similar helpdesk call-logging software).
On a day to day basis you will be supporting Microsoft operating sytems including XP (Vista knowledge advantageous), Office 2003, Outlook, and some troubleshooting task including printing, network connectivity (TCP/IP), remote connectivity (VPN/Citrix), and some software installation.
