Description Service Engineer (Air Tube Conveyor Systems)
Wages: £8.50/hr + Paid Overtime (OTE: £30k) + Van (full expensed) + Uniform + Full Product Training Location: Commutable from Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, St. Helens, Northwich.
An immediate start is available for an experienced home-based Service Engineer! Our Client is currently looking for a Service Engineer to provide support to major supermarket customer sites throughout the North West and surrounding area. This Service Engineer opportunity rewards for all hours, including time spent driving!!
The work will involve performing routine servicing to check out cash tube air conveyors and save stamp machines. The role will involve stripping down equipment, clean, test and replace faulty parts or modules, reassemble equipment and conduct acceptance tests.
Suitable candidates will have a mechanical background is essential with an electrical appreciation preferred. Full product training (1 week in house followed by ongoing onsite support) will be given.
You must have a clean driving license and be willing to travel widely throughout the North West and surrounding area with occasional overnight stays; be able to work on your own initiative; able to work flexible hours to suit customer but typically Monday to Friday.
You must be presentable, possess good communication skills and able to create a good impression representing our Clients business. Police Check completion with your local constabulary is mandatory before starting the role.
