Description Technical Support Engineer – Northern England & Scotland
circa £30’000 + car and superb benefits package

Planned growth has resulted with the need to recruit another Technical Support Engineer for Northern England and Scotland.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the main purpose of this home/field based role is to provide technical service and support for the company’s products, systems and solutions. You will be responsible for presenting and promoting the products, as well as carrying out installations at customer premises. Other duties will include the promotion of their IT solutions, promote maintenance contracts and to undertake or arrange maintenance work required within the terms of contracts.

• Flexible and self-motivated • Able to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines • A team player, also able to work unsupervised and use initiative • A good communicator with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels • Experienced in providing technical services for electronic equipment • You will also have HNC/B Eng Honours (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering • Hands on service engineering experience is essential • Familiar with ISO 9000 and Quality Assurance Procedures
