A leading manufacturer of specialist goods for the consumer marketplace is looking to add to its progressive engineering team. Part of a worldwide group, this company has an enviable reputation for delivering excellence across its product range. This challenging role requires and experienced manufacturing engineer to oversee engineering projects and continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing facility.
Role & Responsibilities:
oResponsible for engineering improvements across entire plant
oDeveloping all manufacturing processes
oRoute cause analysis to improve production consistency and quality
oContinuous improvement responsibilities
oProject work overseeing machine installations and upgrades
oNew product development
oWorking in various production departments across the manufacturing facility
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oSeveral years experience in a similar role
oDegree level or qualified by experience
oProven problem solving and improvement skills
Benefits Package:
o£28,000 - £32,000*
