Description Project Manager – Estates Central London NW1 £28,000 - £30,000 Plus Season Ticket Loan, Final Salary Pension Scheme, On-site Recreational Facilities

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
In this role you will join the Operations department that’s responsible for delivering end to end services to the School including long term development and maintenance plans, space planning and booking systems delivery, and financial strategy to fund major investments.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a successful project management service. Your duties will include:
- full project management responsibility for appointed projects - maintaining and updating Estate Developments on CAD - updating the Project team to oversee in-house and outsourced building condition asset surveys - performing and reviewing relevant contractor risk assessments - where required, supporting the implementation of assigned Estates feasibility reviews
To succeed in this role you must have previous project management experience from within an estates department or the construction industry, or similar. You should also be of graduate calibre with a degree in a relevant field.
With your proven background in co-ordinating a broad range of services to ensure an impeccable service delivery, for this role you will also need a broad range of IT skills, particularly in MS Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. In addition, as the Project Manager you will have strong negotiation skills honed through interaction with both external suppliers and with internal clients at all levels of the organisation.
