Description
Postion: Industrial & Commercial (I&C) Metering and Connections Specialist
Location:Birmingham
Contract Rate: £400.00 per day
My Client is are looking for a knowledgeable I&C specialist to contribute to a major strategic change project, specifically in relation to I&C Metering / Connections. The project is in start up and the first phase will focus on preparation of information such as cost components to contribute towards major tender submissions. Timescales are tight so the right person will be able to contribute from day one in one of the following capacities: Specific I&C sector experience is essential (Rates will be determined by the level of knowledge and experience)
• Detailed knowledge of the cost components of the Gas and Electric I&C Meter and Connections market
• Extensive experience tendering and pricing
• Understanding of RGMA contracts and regulation
• An excellent relevant network of industry contacts
• An interest and availability in remaining with my Client for up to 12 months subject to progress with the tender and performance
• Conduct market analysis, portfolio analysis and product definition
• Development of standard documents to specify product description, processes, business case and others
• Good knowledge of the Gas and/or Electric I&C Metering and/or Connections market
• Excellent analysis skills and financial aptitude
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent written English

Both roles will require immediate availability to work in Solihull potentially over long hours inc Weekends if necessary
