Responsible for managing an innovative mechanical design and development department.
o Playing a key role in further developing their product portfolio, whist providing support and guidance to manufacturing and a broad customer base.
o Driving through design and development improvements, whilst initiating improvement activities relating to product failures and warranty returns.
