SENIOR ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE / £25K-£32K + BONUS & BENEFITS
* Great opportunity to work in a flexible engineering environment, taking responsibility for the new design & maintenance of designs of digital & analogue board-level circuitry & PCB assemblies
* The Senior Electronics Design Engineer will keep abreast of technological developments within the electronics field & understand the overall function of our client's products & their role in aircraft electrical power generation systems
Accomplished ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEERS with skills as follows are welcome to apply:
- High level of expertise in electronic design requirements capture, design & systems/product integration
- Practical exp commensurate with a Senior Specialist position in electronic design of analogue, digital or mixed-signal BOARD LEVEL design for embedded applications
- Exp of electronics design for harsh environments (extreme temperatures, vibration levels etc)
- Exp in design of products (not only test equipment) for Aerospace/Automotive industry, pref electrical power generation or distribution systems
- Good track record of design for EMC
- Knowledge/exp with software tools: Cadence Concept (schematic capture), PSPICE (circuit simulation), Saber (circuit simulation), Mathcad, Simulink, Matlab, DOORS
- Understanding of electrical generator operation
- Exp in design of safety-critical systems
- Familiar with RTCA/DO-254
- IEE membership
- Exp in military or civilian flight operations or maintenance | | |
