PROJECT MANAGER / WILTSHIRE / TO £45K + BENEFITS
Within Systems Evaluation Services, customer focus is provided by dedicated platform Project Managers who manage all the business for their aircraft type can/or type. The group is functionally organised with project management as part of the delivery axis reporting to their respective Programme Group Leaders
* This is a great opportunity for applicants with Project Management exp. Knowledge of the LTPA (Long Term Partnering Agreement) is desirable, along with awareness of air domain project
- In this critical role, the Project Manager will develop an understanding of customer objectives & constraints. The varied role also includes:
- Planning & implementation in line with the project lifecycle
- Understanding & management of project risks & issues
- Budget control, Change control, including contract amendment
- Project status review & reporting by exception
- Action contracting & amendment requests ensuring satisfactory & expeditious completion (through the commercial department)
- Preparation, configuration control, review & authorisation of project documentation in accordance with extant procedures
- Forecast resource requirements and, in conjunction with Capability Leaders, ensure that staff, tasked to carry out the work, are competent | | |
