Leading one of Gatwick’s new specialist technical teams, or ongoing supply chain development projects, you will be motivated to play a key role in helping the Airport realise its ambitious plans for the future. We are currently looking for graduate calibre candidates (ONC/HNC minimum) with technical and team leadership credentials gained in a World Class operational maintenance environment. Other important factors are:
· Strong experience in a commercially-pressurised, complex Manufacturing or Facilities Management environment
· Highly credible specialist knowledge of Controls, Automation, with associated electronics (eg. information display screens)
· Leading Teams in an organisation where operational effectiveness and customer service are key measures
· Delivering a genuine, bedded-in Continuous Improvement culture
· Effective relationship management… Customers, Business Partners & Contractors
· Strong commercial acumen, customer-led, with a collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style
· Good knowledge of modern Health & Safety management approaches
