NUCLEAR STRUCTURES/STRESS ENGINEERS
ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY
BRISTOL/DORKING/BURTON-ON-TRENT/GLASGOW/WARRINGTON/DORCHESTER
This very successful and highly respected Engineering Consultancy provides innovative, high quality engineering services to a range of major engineering projects, serving government, regulatory, Blue Chip and a wide range of private sector clients across the world.
They are now looking to recruit lower level and Senior Engineers with experience in one or more of the following: Fatigue and fracture mechanics; creep fatigue; design code assessments; FEA using ABAQUS/ANSYS or equivalent; dynamic and seismic analysis. Additionally, they are seeking people experienced in the writing of structures-based safety cases and people with decommissioning experience.
Candidates for the senior positions should ideally be fully conversant with industry standard analysis methods and practices as well as the latest analysis tools. You should have the ability to act as mentors for more junior staff. Candidates for lower level positions should have experience in some of the areas listed above or aspirations to develop into those areas.
