Diesel Engine Development Specialists Required.
Perm: - £38,000 – £42,000 + Benefits + Bonus (relocation package available)
Contract: - £28 – 32p/h (12 – 24mths)
Engine Performance and Development
One of the largest diesel engine manufacturers in world are looking for skilled Engineers to help them develop a new series of medium powered diesel units for the worldwide market.
Based in: North East
The Role:
You will manage major performance, combustion and emission projects and provide technical leadership within the product development group. It will be your responsibility to lead technical, design, RCA and FEMA reviews within a functional and cross functional capacity. Being a Six Sigma lead organisation, you will be expected to sponsor or support ongoing Black belt projects and devise appropriate training / best practice procedures inline with current objectives.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a skilled engineers who have focused there career within the design and development of combustion engines. Specific knowledge of performance, combustion, fuelling and emission control systems is a must. You must also be capable of managing multiple objectives within a project driven environment and able to provide technical leadership as and when required.
The company are looking to recruit for these roles on a permanent basis, however consideration will be given to strong contract applicants who are wanting to secure a long term assignment. | | |
