Technical Applications Administrator
Marine Electronics – Applications – Administrator
Based: Surrey
Salary: Dependant upon experience
The role:
As an integral part of the applications division your responsibility is to support and assist in technical and administrative duties within this marine electronics environment. You will be tasked with assisting in the production of proposals and customer specific manuals, whilst being responsible for data entry complying with all company standards and statutory requirements. You will monitor the resource planning activity to ensure production and delivery is achieved efficiently and effectively.
Additionally you may also assist engineers in the production and checking of CAD drawings including mechanical outline and electrical interconnections, although any relevant training will be provided.
The person:
You must be computer literate and emanate from an administrative background. You must be a self-starter who is capable of working in an unsupervised environment. It would be beneficial if you have a technical/engineering background, with knowledge of the marine business environment being a distinct advantage.
