Construction Project Manager – Office Fit-Out Projects
Central London, WC1
£40,000 - £65,000 (negotiable)
A city based construction consultancy with a first class reputation is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee various projects across the London and EMEA regions.
The company's core expertise is in Project Management for key blue-chip clients, specialising in the financial sector, where it manages new build, refurbishment, special works and maintenance projects under a variety of procurement routes. Due to its continuous organic growth the company seeks self motivated, ambitious and client focused project manager(s) to work in conjunction with multifaceted project teams from conception to completion on new and exciting projects based primarily in the London region but also at client sites globally.
With a keen eye for quality delivery, the role will see you liaising with clients, managing the projects and co-ordinating consultant teams, site managers and contractors, finalising details and plans as well as developing designs and completing jobs in the most efficient and economical way.

Successful candidates will be degree educated or equivalent with experience of working at all levels on large, prestigious projects.
You will be commutable to London (or willing to relocate) and will have experience of all facets of project management including value management, risk management, framework agreements, and supply chains. You will be an ambitious, autonomous individual used to working in demanding environments to very high standards. Particular recent experience of high quality office fit-out projects would be an asset.
