Description
Our client is an engineering company which manufactures, sells and services pumps and pumping systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire systems.
They currently have an opportunity available for a candidate to join their sales support team to provide customer and sales support of Company Aftermarket products by implement solutions that add value to their customers and their Company.
You will be required to provide support for customers, providing quotations for After Market products and assisting with product support where necessary. You will assist with all customer support related activities, taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and providing feedback to other departments as required and completing order entries in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidates for this position must have a background within a similar technical sales support role with proven experience of dealing with customers both on the phone and face to face. Our client is ideally looking for candidates with an engineering related qualification and background that can demonstrate the ability to determine what product is the best solution for the customer. Strong IT, organisational and numerical skills are essential for the role and, although not essential, HVAC product knowledge would be advantageous but is not necessarily a requirement for a candidate possessing excellent customer service qualities. | | |
