An extensive client base and high levels of growth mean that a vacancy now exists for a Senior Transmission Engineer to join one of the world leaders in the development of engine and vehicle technology.
Ideally educated to degree level, you will have experience in the specification and design of various transmission system components, in particular; castings, gears, bearings, hydraulics valves, clutches, synchronisers and differentials.
You should also have knowledge and experience in FEA, Tolerance stacks, Geometric tolerancing and CAD (either ProE, Catia/IDEAS or CADDS5).
