Description
The role is for a Wheels/Tyres/Brakes engineer in the Systems Centre is to deliver Technical and vendor management of aircraft landing gear rolling stock to a number of Airbus aircraft programmes. The role will involve working in close corporation with our vendors and subcontractors design teams and will include regular design review meetings.
Role Description:
The contractor should ideally have experience of:
*Hydro-mechanical Equipment design
*Specification of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
*Wheel, Brake and tyre design
*Aircraft mechanisms and mechanical interfaces
*Management of systems and equipment suppliers
*Regulatory, safety, reliability, maintainability and particular risk requirements
