Description
Marketing / Office Coordinator required to wear many hats: marketing, commercial, payroll, financial and legal. Our engineering client is looking for a candidate who can coordinate these business functions to ensure that high levels of administrative support are provided to all areas of the business.
Duties will include but not exclusive:
Provide commercial support with customer contracts, risk and legal requirements.
Attend meetings on an as and when required basis.
Recruitment and disciplinary - Advertising, evaluating candidates from initial contact to employment through set skill tests and interviews.
Long Term Planning - Plan and co-ordinate the implementation of future administration processes to meet the demands of the business.
Produce Invoices, carry out payroll procedures and update spreadsheets with required figures.
Record expenditure, mileage, postage, faxes, staff expense claims, credit card statements, local expenditure (paid by cheque), assist with Credit Control
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally qualified to degree level in engineering, commercial management, business administration or marketing
Good IT skills word, excel, databases
Valid full driving licence
Aptitude with figures / financial data
Ability to deal with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients in a professional manner
