As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of medical equipment, they also provide innovative solutions for the acute point of care. As a result of their continuous development and expansion, they are now recruiting Field Service Engineers to travel to hospitals within the Kent of Essex areas.
The role will require the successful applicant to carry out scheduled maintenance visits, perform corrective repairs, installations and warranties as standard. You will also offer basic training after installation to users as well as providing support to sales for replacements or special sales programmes. Reporting to the Service Management, you will feedback quality issues. They are looking for a team player who can cooperate with the sales engineer service in order to optimise net sales within your territory.
Their ideal candidate must have experience gained within critical care, anesthesia or ventilation equipment. Approachable and communicative, you will need the ability to deliver excellent customer care and to develop strong, long standing professional customer relationships. Applicants with an HNC or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering are preferred.
