Description
Our client is interested in drawing on your current expertise and knowledge, whilst giving you the opportunity to develop your career within a flexible, expanding organisation.
Graduates will ideally have a 2.2 level (if not equivalent) or above. They will have a flexible approach, and be creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude. In particular they will relish challenges and opportunity to work in teams to solve problems.
We will expect you to show commitment, to learn quickly and to deliver in real roles. The company, through your line manager, will regularly review your goals to keep you on track via the companies personal performance review process.
Graduate Development Programme
Our structured 2 year training programme will include internal and external training courses, aimed at supporting you in attaining a recognised professional qualification. During these training events you will have the opportunity to meet and network with Graduates from other business groups in the UK.
