Description
Our client has been manufacturing and supplying equipment for over 100 years.? They have grown to become a world leader in design & production of applications.
They are looking for a Senior Buyer to complete the following Duties -
- Purchasing low volume specialist parts.
- Implementing supplier agreements.
- Management of existing suppliers.
- Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers
- Monitoring Inventory Levels.
- Understanding of procurement contract law.
- Supervision of team of staff.
Key Skills Required
- Qualified CIPS.
- Previous experience in Engineering procurement advantageous.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Previous experience of negotiation skills & Supplier management.
- MRP or SAP skills required.
