The opportunity exists to join a global blue chip organisation as a Product Development Engineer at there abrasives manufacturing site based in Atherstone.
The Role:
You will work as part of the research and development team on the innovation and design of abrasives products. Based in the new product development group your key function will be to support test laboratory and product maintenance departments by leading design projects and carrying out technical modifications on existing products.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a Product Development Engineer with a good knowledge of material properties coupled with an understanding of process design with a manufacturing environment. You must hold a technical degree in a pure applied science (chemistry / physics) or in degree level qualification a materials engineering discipline.
