Description
Key Responsibilities
· Process capability evaluation
· Introduction of new equipment / Automation
· Identification / evaluation of new materials specification interpretation
· Process / Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
· Maintaining and improving the efficiency and safety of equipment
· Validation of new equipment / processes
· Identification of opportunities for new technology / automation
· Preparation of capital expenditure requests, source and specify equipment design, liaising with vendors, organise in-plant installation and training of operators
· Effectively manage and motivate a small team of people.
· Participation on cross-functional teams.
Prior to commencing on the program you will be given details of your first assignment including location, manager, mentor, assignment objective etc. During each assignment you will be given customized training to support you personal growth and development.
Skills/Experience Requirements
· Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electronic, Manufacturing or Biomedical Engineering
· Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity.
· Flexibility to change location to take up assignments at different Company sites.
· Interested in pursuing diverse career options.
Education Requirements:
Third level qualification in a relevant discipline
