Description
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of technical operators and process / project Engineers.
Coordinating process troubleshooting and mould / equipment maintenance activities.
Management of Production Schedules.
Preparation and tracking of performance against department operating budgets.
Ensuring conformance with all relevant Policies and Procedures.
Ensuring adherence to work schedules.
Ensuring quality, efficiency and cost requirements are met.
Ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
A relevant third level qualification in Mechanical/Polymer Engineering.
A good working knowledge of plastics processing in both Injection moulding and Extrusion
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to integrate quickly into a team environment.
Proven track record in team leading in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work.
Education Requirements:
Mechanical/Polymer Engineering.
