Description Job Description Reporting into the Technical Support Team Leader, you will provide ongoing manufacturing and technical support to both Active Pharmaceutical Ingredience (API) and Drug Product (DP)manufacturing operations. This will include process development and optimisation, identifying and implementing new process technologies, equipment installation and commissioning, Hazop, waste and energy minimisation and using process control and IT to streamline process operations You will also contribute to the NPI process on the AIPO site, as required.
Skills/Experience Requirements You will be qualified to degree level in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years experience in an FDA regulated pharmaceutical or related process industry.
You will have industrial experience in some or all of the following areas:
Project experience, with full life-cycle project exposure, Process development experience in API and/or DP environments Process control systems exposure Process optimisation activities Demonstrated examples of delivery of cost improvement projects/initiatives Exposure to plant cleaning and cleaning validation activities in API and/or DP environments Writing of technical reports, operating procedures, etc to support process changes
