Due to the continued growth of this exciting and challenging product area, we are now looking to appoint a dynamic and driven Production Manager to help secure the future success of the manufacturing team.
Responsible for wide ranging KPI’s you will oversee production efficiencies, labour utilisation, materials variance and giveaway as well as quality and customer service targets. This is a demanding role with rewards to suit, you will be given the autonomy to make your mark on the Production area, ensuring throughput and reducing line change times.
Working to World class manufacturing standards, you will be fully versed in continuous improvement techniques and ensuring the highest possible manufacturing practices are in place. Forward thinking with a ‘Can do’ attitude, you will be focused on the need to work at pace to maintain despatch deadlines.
