Description
Our client is a leading supplier of 3D Computer Aided Design Software packages and looking for a highly professional CAD/CAM Application Engineer. As an Application engineer you will be responsible for customer support, training and product implementations.
Qualifications:
• Degree qualified in mechanical or other relevant field is preferable but not essential.
• Experience with 3D CAD packages such as Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Unigraphics, CATIA is preferred.
• Good all round technical know-how is vital as the right candidate will be working with clients from varying industries.
• A working knowledge of Product Data Management and Mechanical Analysis would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the technical manager you will be responsible for customer product training and post sales technical support. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to work a pre-sales role demonstrating the product to prospective clients.
The successful candidate will be joining one of the largest and fastest growing CAD/CAM Resellers in the UK. You will be part of a team that is highly customer focused and motivated to meet their customer’s needs.
