Description
An enviromental specialist to implement the Enviromental Management System to provide support to all management levels.

Based in London

My client is looking for an enviromental specialist to provide specialist assistant assistant during the intensive period, to assist project managers
on all enviromental issues to work with the peroject team and the contractors to obtain all the necessary consents, licences and permission to enable
all main works to be to commence in line with all programme timescales.
Ideally the right candidate will an understanding of transport issues or major transport development schemes.
Key accountabilities.
- Implement the Enviromental Management System in the engineering and commercial property functions.
- Provide enviromental guidence to engineering and commercial property to support the understanding of environmental legislation and risks.
- Carry out reviews of all enviroment impacts associated with engineering and commercial property development undertaken by my client to minimise
impacts to business and the enviromental.
- Review goverment policies and legislation in respect of potential impacts to the enviorment.
- Support the company response to any prosecutions under enviromental legislation.
Key essentails
- Degree or equilivent in a relevant
- Proven experience of managing enviromental issues
