Description
Software Quality Assurance Engineer, based Portsmouth rate to 38ph
Qualifications and / or Skills:
Degree/diploma; ISO 9000 / 2000 auditing experience.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
ISO / IEEE 12207, ISO 15504, ISO 15288 (CMM).
Previous Software engineering experience of defense projects and or embedded software.
Outline Job Profile:
Provide Software Quality Assurance on SKYNET 5, Modems. An embedded real time software project. Provide Independent assurance of the software development and all activities conducted upon the project, via audits, reviews, monitoring and witnessing, of code, documentation and process implementation.
Reporting progress/metrics/escalation issues both to project and to the SQA Manager. Assist the project to meet its contractual quality requirements. Liaise with PA/QA. | | |
