Description
Analogue Electronics Design Engineer – Analogue Design Engineer – Space, Aerospace, Defence.
The Analogue Design Engineer must be capable of filling a mid to high seniority position within the Aerospace Division. The role includes Analogue design of low and medium power systems within Operating frequencies of up to 1Ghz, but most of the work will be at lower frequencies. Analogue signal conditioning, multiplexing and conversion (ADC and CAD). Worst case analysis, stress analysis and radiation effects analysis. Control theory and feedback loop analysis and design skills would be an advantage.
The Analogue Electronics Design Engineer will be working individually and also with a multi-disciplined team of specialists to achieve programme results and customer deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
The Analogue Electronics Design Engineer will carry out project management work I, produce project deliverables to budget and timescales, schedule and attend project Reviews and progress meetings as appropriate to the project programme.
The Analogue Electronics Design Engineer will support Bid Managers in accordance with their requirements in compliance with the Company Management System. Produce Bid documentation to budget and timescale. Schedule and attend Bid Reviews and Pricing and Approval meetings as appropriate to the bid scope and programmes.
Qualifications/Experience required – Educated to degree level or equivalent with experience of design, preferably in the Aerospace, Space, Defence sector. Ability to work on own initiative, taking initial top level design requirements and implementing an optional solution.
