ROLE - SERVICE ENGINEER / SERVICE TECHNICIAN / FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
SECTOR - HOISTS & CRANES MAINTENANCE
BASED - OXFORD
SALARY - circa. £20,000 PER ANNUM (up to £35,000 including BONUS)

THE OPPORTUNITY -
Our client is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of material handling solutions with service centre's across the country. Due to ambitious aftermarket expansion plans, the UK's Largest Manufacturer of Overhead Cranes and Hoists require additional Service Technicians at their UK nation wide network of Material Handling Centre's and are recruiting across the UK for experienced field service engineers / technicians with an Electrical bias. You must have at least one years experience on lifting / material handling equipment and / or cranes.
ABOUT THE JOB -
As an Electrically biased Engineer you will be to provide complete service to customers in the area of repair, breakdowns, service, maintenance and installation of hoists/cranes and other material handling equipment.
1. Customer satisfaction
2. Completion of test certificates and service reports
3. Timely resolution of repairs/breakdowns, fault finding, service, maintenance and installation
4. Undertake lifting tackle inspections and associated paperwork
5. Adherence to safe working practices
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Formal qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering
2. Experience of hoist/crane manufacture, installation, modification service or repair
3. Awareness of health and safety legislation
This position offers an attractive bonus package and you are paid from the time you leave your house to when you return home. A fully expensed vehicle is provided as is a mobile phone.
