Description

We need a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a talented team, taking responsibility for all business in defined European regions to meet overall business profitability, sales growth and market share targets.
Duties include contributing to maximizing sales of generator sets and power systems through a network of distributors/dealers in an assigned territory, forecasting long and short range market potential to recommend required support of the distributor channel, leverage current distributor network to provide sales performance commensurate with market opportunity, contributing to good customer relationships, upholding company reputation for integrity and quality of product and supplementing distributor efforts through direct assistance with customers prospects and influencers.
Ideally applicants should be educated to a good standard (HNC/Degree or equivalent), have previous BDM experience but preferably within the Industrial and/or Manufacturing industry and have worked within different territories, ideally on an international basis. All applicants should have a strong commercial business understanding, be willing to travel around the region and looking for a new challenge within a large, multinational corporation.
