Description
Commercial SAP Administrator
General support to the commercial department for SAP to include the following activities:
a)Updating of SAP database with:
new projects
Milestone Payment Plans
new supplier requests
Contract Change Notes
Invoice processing
Notified/non-notified orders
b)Correlation of invoicing values between customer invoice database and SAP
c)General SAP troubleshooting
d)Support to other commercial members of staff in providing SAP training to new starters
e)General guidance to the commercial team on the benefits of SAP to aid their role
f)Ad hoc activities relating to invoicing and other contractual administrative issues
The ENS Commercial Department is based in Portsmouth and Stevenage.
The candidate can be based in either location but must be willing and able to travel to the other as work demands.
This is a new role and therefore, initially, the candidate will be involved in defining appropriate processes for the transfer of information.
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
