Our clients primary business focus is the UK railway industry. Their product range has continued to grow, as well as door locks they now design and manufacture: Complete Door Systems, Emergency Talkback Units and Passenger Alarm Handles and lots more.
They currently have a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join their head office based team in Leeds, covering the West Yorkshire area. With a background already honed in sales, you will play a key part in delivering the sales and marketing strategy, developing new and existing business. Within this role you will use your first-rate interpersonal and communication skills to build key relationships with customers and your colleagues. You will therefore need to be a great listener and a real team player.
You will need to be a motivated self starter as you will conduct ongoing research for new customers, compile daily visit reports for sales meetings, assist in producing customer quotations and monitor price comparisons.
The ideal candidate will come from an engineering sales support background, or an arco manufacturing background. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and you must have a related educational background (although a degree is not essential).
