Description
Our Client is looking to recruit a Hardware Support Engineer to join their Radio Group.
You will have most of the following skills and experience:
Good mechanical assembly skills
Capable of undertaking small electronic design tasks including reading and drawing schematics perhaps with some PCB layout experience
Previous involvement in performing analogue and RF measurements on equipment
Previous involvement in debug, test and calibration of electronic equipment
Able to produce accurate documentation
Good IT skills
Some software experience or able to demonstrate an understanding
Able to produce wiring schedules, diagrams and special-to-type test equipment; an understanding of electrical principles is required
An understanding of digital control logic
Able to pick up and run with the minimum of information or able to find the information if necessary.
Some overseas travel may be involved.
