Description
Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Electrical Test required for 6 month contract role based in Bristol.
An engineer is required to work on the A400M project supporting the bond test team. The role will be to process engineering queries relating to electrical bond testing.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
A strong engineering background, preferably electrical.
An ability to read and accurately interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
A keen attention to detail dealing with critical aircraft data.
A flexible approach to work and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined project team.
The potential to accelerate their knowledge and experience.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS (DESIRABLE TO HAVE)
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
• A good working knowledge of SAP 4.6
• Knowledge of relational databases eg. MS Access, MS SQL Server.
• CAD, CATIA Engineering drawing packages.
• Knowledge of electrical bonding, eg. voltage, resistance, current, electrical continuity.
• Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures and aircraft assemblies.
