Graduate Software Developer/Analyst – C#, C++. Java, Delphi, VB.Net
Camberley, Surrey

Our clients provide simulation and analysis driven Decision Support & Training Solutions, specialising in 2D and 3D wargaming and simulation, mathematical modelling and operational Analysis.
Currently require an additional Developer to work in a small team providing expert analysis and developing innovative and highly specialised, mathematically-based simulation and wargaming software for a wide variety of clients in the UK and overseas. The work will include exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle and include significant customer interaction throughout. For the successful candidate there will be opportunities for overseas travel and to take on additional responsibilities, including project and team leadership.
The Software Developer will work on a diverse range of projects., and you will need to have excellent problem solving and communication skills. You should have an overview of one or more of the following languages: C#, C++, Java, Delphi, XML, VB.Net or Fortran . Ideally candidates will be qualified to a minimum of a 2:2 degree with a scientific bias.
Any knowledge of any of the following would also be highly advantageous:
? Experience of Database Development
? Expertise in wargaming, mathematical modelling, simulation or defence analysis.
? Experience of 3D modelling and visualisation
? Object Orientated (OO) Design (inc UML) and implementation experience
? Knowledge of the military concepts and doctrine.
