Our clients are responsible for developing Air based Command & Control Information Systems. This would include: platform mission planning, airbase automation, ground based air command & control systems, tactical data link (Link 16 and 11) management.
The IVVQCA Manager will provide leadership and delivery of the Integration, Verification and Validation activities and central point of contact for all IVVQCA matters – ensuring that the overall solutions achieve successful Qualification, Certification and Acceptance by the customer.
Key tasks of the IVVQCA (Integration, Verification and Validation) Manager will be to:
• Develop and integrated strategy and produce a Systems Test & Evaluation Management Plan (STEMP)
• Resource and lead a team of engineers
• Manage the technical requirements traceability and compliance baseline
• Be the primary interface with customers and suppliers for all IVVQCA related issues
• Oversee supplier acceptance activities
• Ensure work packages are defined and agreed
Integration & Acceptance Managers should have proven capability in successfully leading and managing multi-disciplined teams and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
